The Bathurst Business Chamber, in partnership with Bathurst Regional Council, is proud to announce an exciting new community event for New Year’s Eve – the Bathurst RSL Fireworks at Mount Panorama.

For the first time, the iconic Mount Panorama will provide the backdrop for a spectacular fireworks display, creating a memorable celebration for residents and visitors alike as they gather to welcome the New Year.

Proudly supported by the Bathurst RSL Club, this family-friendly event aims to bring the community together in one of Australia’s most recognised locations. The fireworks display will showcase the beauty of Mount Panorama while providing a safe and enjoyable celebration for people of all ages.

Bathurst Business Chamber President Vicki Wilson  said the event is an exciting addition to Bathurst’s annual calendar.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to create a new tradition for our community. Mount Panorama is one of Australia’s most iconic landmarks, and hosting a New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration at this venue will provide a spectacular experience for families, visitors, and businesses alike.”

The event is being delivered through a collaborative partnership between the Bathurst Business Chamber, Bathurst Regional Council, Bathurst RSL Club, local businesses, and community supporters who share a vision of creating a vibrant and welcoming celebration for the region.

In addition to the fireworks display, organisers are planning a festive evening featuring live entertainment, food vendors, family activities, and community celebrations designed to attract both local residents and visitors to Bathurst.
